just follow these steps...
1) First of all Open notepad then copy the below text and paste it in notepad.
Dim msg, sapi
msg=InputBox("Enter your text for conversion– ","By Chandan")
Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
sapi.Speak msg
2) After Pasting the Above Code in notepad, Save the file with the name Text To audio.vbs
remember the name of the file should be with .vbs extension.
its nothing but a Vbscript File.
3) Now double click on the saved file and you will see a box
enjoy....!!
